Dance specific anatomy as it pertains to both form and function of the foot
Dance specific biomechanics of the foot
Implications for foot health including use of external supports, foot stretchers, etc
Dance specific exercises to address intrinsic and extrinsic foot control
Pointe readiness assessment (optional component)
Registration includes 3 hours of live instruction, course notes, membership in a private dance physiotherapy Facebook group and certificate of completion.
*course hours may be eligible for continuing professional development (CPD) credits where applicable
