Dance specific anatomy as it pertains to turnout
Biomechanics of turnout – including common anatomical variations and compensations
Practical skills for assessing turnout range in your dancers
Turnout specific exercises to help dancers reach their maximum turnout potential
Registration includes 3 hours of live instruction, course notes, membership in a private dance physiotherapy Facebook group and certificate of completion.
